Return, Exchange & Refund policy

We want you to love your bracelet. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right!

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Condition
Items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition with original packaging.

Exclusions (Final Sale)
Custom‑made bracelets, personalized items, mystery bags, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Free exchanges are offered for different sizes within the 30‑day window. If the new item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded.

Damaged Items / Warranty
We offer a 90‑day warranty against breakage due to “normal wear” (for example, everyday wearing, not sports, heavy manual labor, or sleeping in it). This warranty covers one free repair or replacement per bracelet during the 90 days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds
Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you are eligible for a replacement and we no longer carry your product style, you will have the option to choose from a selection of alternate products.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, wrong color, or defective on arrival), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Order Process & Delivery Time

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

    • If your bracelet is custom or made‑to‑order, please allow 1–2 business days for production.

  2. Shipping & Delivery

    • Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days after your order ships.

    • Expedited shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days after your order ships.

  3. Tracking

    • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

    • Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to carrier delays.
